Sunday Sand Sunshine

Have you ever noticed what happens when we hold on to a handful of sand?

Slowly the wind will carry it away,

It will find the cracks between our fingers and fall until there is no more sand.

Have you ever made a ball of sand?

Little by little it absorbs all the water and the cracks appear.

We try to smooth them by adding more water,

Until it is so heavy and hard to play with.

How it all falls apart as it lands on the sand.

In life, things will fall apart and crumble before our very own eyes.

We must remember the Sunday Sand as

The hour clock ticks by,

A grain at a time,

Until there is nothing left.

An empty space or turn it upside down and start again.

Sunday Sand Sunshine enjoy the Sands of Time.
