Harmony, Health and Happiness,

Starts at Home,

Starts with unconditional Love,

Starts with our relationships,

A balance from heartache and pain,

If there is sadness there will be despair,

If there is loneliness there will be depression,

If there is anger there will be violence,

If there is frustration there will be anxiety,

If there is fear there will be consequence.

Mend the broken connections with Love,

Sow the seeds of forgiveness,

Nurture the words of value,

Water the actions of kindness.

Open the doors to your home,

Welcome the spirit of communication and compassion.
