What You Learn You Will Use

Monday Evening Story …

Haven’t you noticed that you are grateful for everything you have learnt because it helped someone?

I received a call can you help her?

A teacher who had attended a 3 day event programme where the participants were exposed to different techniques and they were told they could go into catharsis (the process of releasing, and thereby providing relief from, strong or repressed emotions).

In this case, she urgently needed help. I had been called by the trainers of the Local Community programme.

She could not move her shoulders, arms and upper body! She was supposed to be at school on Monday. Imagine…

I could not believe what had happened to her. You expect someone who goes to therapy to get better, not worse.

As we sat down and I made my observations, we found the root of the problems, abuse, neglect and violence as a child the precise moments and memories that had made her feel worthless.

After 30 minutes her entire body was normal, she could move, no longer any pain and she thanked me.

Never underestimate The Power of Words… thoughts and actions.
