Poem – A Love of Life

God Bless Our Queen & The Royal Family

When I saw this photo it made me feel so sad after seeing all the wonderful photographs and memories shared by the media, a great love story, which sadly has come to an end. Inspired me to write these few words.

Poem A Love of Life by Parker

His smile filled our lives,
His laughter inspired a sense of happiness,
His bravery and courageous acts,
Of service, of selflessness,
His thoughtfulness and kindness,
His stead fast and never wavering soul,
Captured the hearts of the World.
Remembered and never forgotten,
Always cherished as a loving husband,

consort,

father,

grandfather

and great-grandfather,

A gentleman to the end,

As he stood by Her Royal Highness, Her Majesty, The Queen,

the children,

grandchildren,

great-grandchildren,

Watching,

Sharing,

Caring,

with a word of comfort,

A touch of grace,

A touch of love,

A bond of faithfulness,

Inspirational smiles and happiness to the end …

God Rest his Soul,

Maybe his spirit of enthusiasm always,

Accompany Our Royal Family,

We remember him in our thoughts, hearts and prayers …

A Love of Life …

"Our story does not define us but our actions will.” When faced with difficult choices in Life, some of our beliefs, self-sabotaging ideas we have about ourselves and others in our relationships will challenge us to take charge.
