DDay Freedom

I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat

A pathway to freedom,

A purple cross to bear,

gallantry defender of truth,

A Child, a Life, a Smile.

A path of Freedom riddled with,

Weeds as they climb,

The stem of the rose 🌹

Each from different corners,

Of Mother Earth,

Winding this way,

Winding that way,

As the gardener entangles them,

unravels them,

Pulling at their roots,

One by one,

In the gardens of Eden.

The spineless fine hairy acts of

Devilish cowardry.

Beware of the stony pathways,

No mans land,

Harsh conditions,

Storms and lightning,

Lined with,

Purple Deadly nightshades,

Beautiful to see but death to all,

If touched,

If crushed,

If disguised.

Fool be the fool who succumbs,

To unwholesome acts,

Stripped of his uniform,

Stripped of his rank,

Stripped of his character,

Stripped of his integrity,

Stripped of his honesty,

Questioned and interrogated,

In the eyes of God,

Temptress acts of

gluttony,

greed,

flesh,

possession,

deceit,

power and viciousness.

A mind must be stupified,

Rendered senseless,

With ringing ears,

With a belly so round and plump,

With a disguise and mask,

And a heart filled with holes.

A pathway to freedom,

As the chorus of trumpets play,

Loud and clear,

A righteous way,

Rucksacks of faith,

As a legacy is buried,

No medal of honour,

To his name,

A pathway to freedom.
