Take a few breaths, allow the energy to go from the top of your head all the way down to your toes and feel the relaxation move all the way down to the tips of your toes and just relax that tension.
Step 3
Select the word and chapter you wish to explore, write, paint and allow yourself to enjoy and have fun expressing how you feel, the thoughts, images and memories that come to your mind.
Step 4
Share your creativity, drawings, writing, take a photo, write your name so I can also share your master piece
