When time is all you have … As a mum diagnosed with an illness no one wants to hear. As she listened to her young son say “oh you haven’t read me a story in such a long time.”
The mum who didn’t listen to the signs that her son had an incurable illness.
The father who desperately wanted his son to recover from the fatal blows of a knife.
The child bullied through school making their life unbearable to enjoy life or living.
The children left left abandoned in social services.
The child frightened to go home to a home of violence and abuse.
Make the moments count and repeat the words to lift their souls and spirit from the screams, shouting behind the closed doors.
