International Peace Day

Like mountains from the past,

Small steps were taken,

Every day to find the details,

To solve the challenge,

As the fires burn,

In their hearts, minds, bellies and Souls.

Coming out at night to create chaos,

Destruction and Violence and Abuse.

I pray for Peace with Hope, Faith and Love,

That we can end the centuries of Violence.

These are two reflections – The Lost Child with the Statue of Justice and Poem my Son wrote many years ago which was an English Assignment.
