Can we make peace with the conflicts of the past?
Our soul will guide us to reflect,
On our lives,
On our actions,
On our thoughts,
On our words.
The internal conflict,
Which arises from the depths of our souls,
Our beliefs, values, attitudes,
To riddle our minds, our hearts, our bodies and souls
With pain, with illness, with challenges.
To search internally within,
Calm our reaction,
Rise in the moment to
Consciously take action to make,
Peace
With ourselves,
With our families,
With our relationships,
With our neighbours
With our colleagues.
The moment that flashes by before our own very lives,
In the blink of an eye,
Our eyes open or closed,
Until we journey through the pathway of acceptance,
Until we openly express and communicate
Until we honestly listen and understand,
The noise of external conflict,
The emotional internal conflict.
Bring balance to Mother Nature,
End the wars of violence,
End the wars of abuse,
End the wars of deceitfulness,
End the wars of power struggles,
End the wars of destruction,
That break the heart and soul
of our people,
of our families,
of our communities,
of our nations.

Nurture,
