Today I want to share with you some of the things I learnt about the legal process of divorce in Mexico & UK and one of the major faults in family law – governments, lawyers, women, men and children.
In April of 2012 I remember clearly how I sat down and wrote down all the different senarios and solutions – what could happen in any future event and trying always to make sure their was a mutual respect on all sides for all parties involved. It was an extremely long document. If we as individuals do not prepare to look at the big picture which is the lives of the children, the parents involved and what could happen so that safeguards are in place to secure the welfare of each individual. Only each individual will suffer the experience, live the experience and possibly repeat what was learnt along the way and just continue a continuous vicious cyle of War without Peace in future generations of families.
Hoy quiero compartir algunas cosas que aprendí sobre el proceso legal de divorcio in Mexico & UK y una de las faltas mas importantes en el Proceso Judicial Familiar – gobiernos, abogados, mujeres, hombres y niños.
En Abril 2012, recuerdo claramente que me senté a escribir sobre todos los diferentes sinarios y soluciones – que podría pasar en cualquier futuro evento y siempre tratando de ver hay había un respeto mutuo de todos los lados involucrados. Fue un documento muy largo. Si como individuos no estamos preparados a ver el panorama global que son las vidas de niños, padres involucrados y que podría pasar si no se implementa estrategias para asegurar el bienestar de cada persona. Solo cada persona sufrirá la experiencia, vivir la experiencia y posiblemente repetir lo que fue aprendido en el camino y simplemente continuar un circulo vicios de Guerra sin Paz en las generaciones futuras de familias.
