Words Hurt

It took many years to hear the cries of the children, adolescents, young professionals, mothers, fathers, grandparents, business men and women. How the words surfaced and continued to break their soul. I continued to see the same patterns of abuse whether self or from others.

No one ever wants to accept what was happening to them was abuse but now with so much information available to everyone this allows us to correct past mistakes, become aware of our feelings emotions and who, what, when, how and why. To rise above abusive behaviours, repair the damage, scars, and broken Souls.
